The cozy family room has a 55” plasma screen, stereo system, DVD player, 2 relaxing recliners, a sofa with a pull out sleeper and additional seating for great family time. The main terrace offers a plush double reclining lounger, perfect for enjoying relaxing moments. As well as rocking chairs to enjoy the amazing view.

The well appointed kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a casual or gourmet meal.   Granite counter tops, microwave, and separate beverage refrigerator, as well as top notch utensils and kitchenware make it a chef’s dream. The wooden dining table seats 8 with additional seating for 3 at the bar.

The Master Bedroom offers an ultra comfortable mattress, 42”plasma screen, DVD player, private terrace,   2 large dressers, an incredibly comfy sofa, a decorative mirrored wall to reflect the view of the beach. The master bath has a double sink vanity, private toilet room, and walk in closet, sunken tub and you’ll thoroughly enjoy the shower with a view of the beach.

The guest suite has a plush king bed, plasma screen TV, DVD player, private bathroom, sizable closet and view of the court yard. The 2 children friendly bunk rooms come with comfy pyramid bunks with a pull out trundle, plasma screen TV’s, and DVD players. One has its own private terrace and private bath, the other has a view of the court yard and full bath.

Your Stay includes access to the private Pointe West Beach Club and Sunset Pool Club. Amenities includes an amazing infinity pool, hot tub and children’s wading pool on the Gulf side On the Bay side there is a pool, hot tub and lazy river the kids absolutely love, towel service, snack bar, restaurant, open-air bar, fitness center, game room, family grill area, a children’s play room with a pool table huge plasma TV and other games, an adult room with a TV and wireless access. Since the club is private it is never crowded.

 Enjoy Peaceful walks on the beach, lakes, bay and spectacular views.  The fishing is phenomenal right off the beach. There is also kayaking, bicycling, crabbing, and so much more. This is the only beach front development that has the beach, 2 pools, a lazy river, a gym, a kids play room and so much more. There is something for everybody. My kids never get bored because there are some many choices. Or it can be a romantic get away.  Since its at the far west end its never crowed and peaceful. Sometimes I'm the only one on the beach.
