Welcome to your home away from home! Paraiso is a new development, built in 2007, on the North end of Mazatlan right on Cerritos Beach. We chose to buy here because it is located on what is considered to be the best beach in Mazatlan. The beach is long and flat, great for walking, with rich warm sand. The water deepens gradually allowing the whole family to enjoy the ocean.
There are several other properties for rent in our building that go into great detail describing how great Paraiso is so I won't repeat that here. But, you can be assured that Paraiso is the most luxurious and best run development on the beach. Add to that the super-friendly staff and you have all the ingredients for a great vacation.
Our unit is absolute beachfront with 180 degree ocean views. The sunsets are incredible from inside the living room with an entire wall of glass, or from the large deck. Even the master bedroom offers an entire wall of glass facing the ocean. The second bedroom also offers great inland views and it's own private deck. Both bedrooms have their own private ensuite baths. Our kitchen is fully set up with all the appliances you would expect. We do have a 32" LCD TV and DVD player with Starchoice satellite TV. Of course, we have wifi internet.
The property is loaded with high end amenities including 24 hour security, a lit tennis court, great gym, current pool for swimming laps, jacuzzi and, of course, a large outdoor infinity pool right on the beach. We also have a beach restaurant with some of the best and lowest cost food in Mazatlan. You'll absolutely love their fish! The best of all, beer is very well priced!
