A damage deposit of £500 is required. This is returned no more than seven days after the apartment has been vacated. Payment terms are:  50% of the rental cost at time of booking, the balance, plus the damage desposit are due no less than 30 days prior to arrival. Bookings made less than 30 days prior to arrival are payable in full at time of booking.

Less than 30 days more than 7 days before                  50% refund

Less than 7 days prior to arrival.                                No refund.  (Except damage deposit)
