Current renters have right of renewal during their rental period - for the same period the next year. Current renters will be required during their rental period to make new deposit and Del Tura Application for new period to activate this right of renewal.Extended stay requests may take precedence over current renters, at owners discretion.
1) all rates are plus 6% florida sales and use tax
2) Hold deposit of one half months rent with application (this is refundable if rental denied, and applies to total rent) (non refundable if applicant cancels after approval for rental)
3)For prime months- rental balance of rent due 12 weeks prior or immediate if within 12 weeks of rental period- Non prime months due 8 weeks prior, or immediate if within 8 weeks of rental period.
4)Damage security deposit of $500 in addition to total rent - fully refundable based on condition of home upon departure.
4) Plus a $150 departure cleaning fee.
5) Del Tura application required by Community ($35 fee per person/ $70 per couple ) - this process can takes several weeks - please plan accordingly.
