Dine in the formal dining room or in the bright kitchen dining nook. An attached 2 car garage has 2 bikes, bogey boards and beach chairs and umbrellas for your enjoyment.

Beacon Hill is a Cape Cod inspired ocean close residential community situated on a hill with panoramic ocean, sunset, hills, and city lights views. Greenbelts, parks and walk-paths are located throughout the community, and homeowners enjoy three separate association pools and six lighted tennis courts.  A paved walking/biking trail leads right to Salt Creek Beach. 

There are many restaurants and shops nearby, including Trader Joe's and Ralph's.  Dana Point Harbor is also close, with boating, fishing, dolphin and whale watching, and trips to Catalina Island. Disneyland is 45 minutes away and San Diego (SeaWorld) is about 1 hour away.  The artsy beach community of Laguna Beach is a 5-10 minute drive depending on traffic.  There is so much to do here in Orange County and southern California it just boggles the mind!  And much of it is only a 5 minute drive.

Our unit is available for monthly rentals only due to homeowners restrictions.  You don't have to stay for an entire month-we won't hold you hostage-but I'll bet you won't want to leave!

Our condominium is on the second level with stairs from the two car garage and outside.  The October - April rate is $2500/month and the May - September rate is $3000/month.

A security deposit of $500 will hold your reservation and the rent must be paid upon check-in by cashier's check along with a $150 non refundable cleaning fee.
