Plenty of room for outdoor living with upper and lower decks/patios:  Huge open upper deck with incredible views of Lake LBJ and the surrounding hill country of Texas.  Awning for shade and wrought iron fence on the upper deck. Lower covered patio down by the waters edge and huge electric brazilian wood swimming platform lowers into the lake to make lake play all the more enjoyable or if you would like, pull your wave runners up on your platform for storing convenience.  The lake enthusiast will enjoy having the covered boat house with electric lift for a large boat and plenty of storage on both upper and lower decks for all those lakeside toys as well as the boat dock for your fishing, swimming and boating pleasures.
