King Center for Performing Arts with full seasonal venue -10 minute drive. Arcades though community. 1/2 mile to downtown Eau Gallie Art District (museum, cafes, restaurants, pottery and jewelry stores, yoga and dance classes). Visit Melbourne Historic Downtown shopping, cafes and live music nearby, Ballard park within walking distance (boat ramps, fishing, picnic tables on the water, tennis) 20 minutes to famous Cocoa Beach. 25 minutes to Port Canaveral for charter boats, deep sea fishing, casino boats several outdoor restaurants on the water and tiki bar.  Kennedy Space Center 40 minutes.  Orlando Airport 1 hr 15min. Melbourne International Airport 10 minutes. 

Monthly rental rates vary on the time of the year (in season vs. non-season months)The condo is available for weekly rent, and weekly rental rates will fluctuate depending on the time of year the condo unit is rented out (in season vs. non-season months).  Please contact us by email for specific rates. Deposit due at time of booking (does not include a $35 cleaning fee and a refundable damages deposit) Cancellation Policy: If necessary to cancel your reservation, you must notify us at least 10 days in advance for full refund. A cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be accessed for those cancellations made within 8 days of scheduled reservation date.
