Many golf courses winthin minutes. 10 minutes to Viera. 5 minutes to beautiful beaches and shopping.  Walk 3 min. to local waterfront restaurant on the Indian River. King Center for Performing Arts with full seasonal venue -10 minute drive. Arcades though community. 1/2 mile to downtown Eau Gallie Art District (museum, cafes, restaurants, pottery and jewelry stores, yoga and dance classes). Visit Melbourne Historic Downtown shopping, cafes and live music nearby, Ballard park within walking distance (boat ramps, fishing, picnic tables on the water, tennis) 20 minutes to famous Cocoa Beach. 25 minutes to Port Canaveral for charter boats, deep sea fishing, casino boats several outdoor restaurants on the water and tiki bar.  Kennedy Space Center 40 minutes.  Orlando Airport 1 hr 15min. Melbourne International Airport 10 minutes.

Monthly rental rates vary on the time of the year (in season vs. non-season months)The condo is available for weekly rent, and weekly rental rates will fluctuate depending on the time of year the condo unit is rented out (in season vs. non-season months).  Please contact us by email for specific rates. Deposit due at time of booking (does not include a $50 cleaning fee and a refundable damages deposit) Cancellation Policy: If necessary to cancel your reservation, you must notify us at least 30 days in advance for full refund. A cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be accessed for those cancellations made within 20 days of scheduled reservation date.

We stayed in this condo for 1 month and we wish we could have stayed for 3 months. The condo was as described but oh so much more. It was beyond clean even for my wife. The fully stocked kitchen made for a lot of fun meals in. The owner was most professional, kind and honest. The location was perfect. It was very quiet. The drive to the beach was beautiful, 2 fabulous restaurants on the Indian River in walking distance, the throw back town section (no Disney here), other very good restaurants and of course Gleason Park and the Green Turtle. Even the weather was perfect. We wish the rest of Florida was just like this.

Recommended for: age 55+, sight seeing

Awesome Rental

This is an awesome rental for either short or long term. Quiet and close to everything. Neighbors are helpful and always a pleasure to talk to. Facility is very clean with all the comforts of home. I would recommend this place to anyone. Landlord treats you like an old friend she has known for years...couldn't have been better!!!

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

The Condo is really nice and clean. It has everything you need and is close to the main stores and beach in Melbourne. I highly recommend it.
