would have at home, all on one level. All you need to do is bring your toothbrush.

If you want to go explore, Holiday is a wonderfully kept
secret. It's about 40 minutes from Tampa which has Busch Gardens, Lego Land and
Adventure Island, a fun water park with slides, wave pools and many
other exciting adventures! 90 minutes from Orlando which
hosts all the Disney Parks and Seaworld.  You're 10 minutes from Tarpon Springs
one of the largest Greek communities in Florida, where you can enjoy
dinner, the sponge docks or a glass bottom boat ride or just window shopping. Clearwater Beach is only a short drive to white sandy beaches and is the home of Winter-the star of the movie- Dolphin Tale. Visit Howard Park beach -a local hidden jewel that is extremely kid friendly. Just north is Weeki Wachee, home of the mermaid show, a natural spring, with water park and canoe rentals. These natural springs are home to the beautiful and friendly manatees, it's a sight everyone should see at least once, but if you see it once...you'll want to see these rare creatures again and again - even off your dock.
Want to get some exercise and nature, take the paddle boat around the island.There's shopping, good restaurants, you can also rent a boat or jet skiis to visit the off shore sand bar, Anclote Island or Honeymoon Island, where you can spend the day swimming, shelling and watching dolphins- as the locals do. Winter rates are: Weekly- $800, Monthly- $2600. (September -April ) plus 9% State/local Florida tax

 Summer rates are $650/$2400 (May -August) plus the 9% Florida tax. 

 A $100.00 cleaning fee  is collected which is nonrefundable. Please check calendar for availability.
