This Studio condo is a perfect get-away directly on the beach where one can comfortably eat, sleep, enjoy the beach - pool and all that Ixtapa has to offer. The Condo is located on the 7th floor and has a spectacular wall to wall picture window that slides open to fantastic mountain, golf course and sunrise views. The 7th floor is also very private and quieter than the lower floors where one can easily hear the comings and goings of tenants and the lobby area.  The Studio has a queen size bed, cozy sitting area, entertainment unit, fully equipped kitchen and three piece bathroom.  The entertainment unit has cable television, DVD player and stereo.  The condo also includes central air and secure wireless internet from the condo.  It is extremely clean and comes complete with all amenities that you may need such as towels, bedding, hair dryer, bottled water etc . . . . .  The condo is always maintained and kept with the guest in mind.

The Studio is located in The Monarca, a meticulously maintained, Five Star Exclusive Condominium complex that is very private and situated on the best part of El Palmar Beach away from the noisy hotel zone.  The Monarca is one of the smallest condominium complexes on the beach and therefore offers peace and quiet around the pool and on the beach.  One never has to reserve a lounge chair or a spot by the pool.  There is always plenty of room for all guests to relax and enjoy.  The Monarca includes fabulous pools and pool area, large sunbathing terrace overlooking the ocean, private palm fringed beach area, and plenty of shade under umbrellas or natural palm trees.  Other amenities include, an excellent and very affordable beachside restaurant and bar, secure wireless internet access from condo and poolside, laundry facilities, tennis courts, parking and 24 hr. security.  The Monarca is an easy and quick 15 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride into downtown Ixtapa for all your dining and shopping experiences.  The golf course is right across the street.  In addition, the Marina is only steps away where one can also find superb restaurants and bars.  Perfect for an evening stroll.

The Monarca has a very affordable and excellent beachside restaurant that offers breakfast, lunch and snacks with full bar service.  The menu consists of a wide varity of seafood dishes to your standard hamburger or club sandwich fare.  Most dishes are under $5.00 in cost. Beverages under $1.50.  Not to mention the ocean views.

The complex has towel service at the pool area where one can get a clean large beach towel for $1.00 a day.  There is plenty of shade umbrellas around the pool and along the palm fringed beach area.  Lots of shade to be found.  The beach frontage and size of grounds are one of the biggest on El Palmar beach.  Never a need to reserve a spot and no music of any kind allowed on the grounds.  It is extremely quiet and private.  

The Monarca's tennis court was just recently resurfaced.   Self serve laundry facilities are located behind the restaurant area just steps away from the beach.  Secure wireless internet can be caught around the pool area, from the restaurant or from your condo.  All condos are outfitted with cable television and interconnected phone service.  The administration is professional, friendly and always very helpful.

Ixtapa hosts two championship golf courses.  All outdoor activities such as snorkling, surfing, scuba diving, horseback riding, hiking, jetskiing, parasailing, fishing, boating or just hanging out at the beach.  Ixtapa has many outlying beaches that are very much worth the visit.  Places such as Playa Linda, Playa Largo or Ixtapa island.  Also a day trip to Zihuatanejo and Playa La Ropa is very much warrented.

Downtown Ixtapa and The Marina both offer a huge selection of dining and shopping experiences.  Something to fit everyone's budget and desires.  The nightlife is just as varied starting with local laidback cantinas to all night party discos like Senior Frogs.

The wildlife and nature oriented activities are at Ixtapa's doorstep.  Ranging from the bicycle path extending 10 km to the nature reserve perfect for nature enthusiasts.
