Tigertail beach is just 7 blocks away, where you can experience the long and beautifil cresent beach of Marco, miles long, or play in the wildlife and marine sanctuary and childrens play area.  Food and public parking is available!!

We were hesitant on renting a place near the marina rather than the beach, but it was so much more relaxing. Anglers Cove actually offers 2 heated pools, 2 hot tubs, and a Tiki Bar downstairs. It was pretty neat to walk downstairs to these amenities....not to mention being next to the marina. The pool and hot tub were our favorite part of Anglers Cove. We definitely enjoyed being able to walk to local shops, restaurants, and sight seeing all within a mile. This is a cute and quaint place, with a few newer updates. The beds seemed a little smaller, weren't too comfortable, and the living space is quite small. There's 1 couch and a single chair, so there's not much space to relax. The screened in lanai was quite nice also. There isn't a good view, but having the sun and breeze from the marina were great. There isn't much shade in the bedroom and the sun does blaze in the room in the morning, but this isn't a problem for early risers. The televisions were very small, especially if you just want a relaxing evening indoors, but for those adventure seekers who stay outdoors this also wouldn't be an issue. It was definitely affordable for the in-season rates rather than most places we looked at. Keep in mind that the internet is through eathernet, and the cord isn't too long, but we were able to use our computer at the dining room table. There is ample closet space, and lots of towels!

Recommended for: families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car
