spare rooms: two very large bedrooms,
each with a queen and two singles, and a master bedroom with a queen
bed, 6 single beds in three small spare rooms.
Comfortably and flexibly furnished, expansive views of the water, hand
painted full-surround murals throughout. Lots of light, in-floor
heat, fully equipped for a family vacation.
Open-concept state-of-the-art kitchen, large diningroom,
sun room. Small cozy sitting room with fire place with convenient
wood pass-through and large oak table for fireside dining.
Music system volume controls in 3 areas to offer party in one area
and peace in another. Large gathering room with excellent piano,
skylights and french doors opening to the porch and garden.
Outside enjoy a campfire overlooking Saratoga Passage in the evening and
walk to Baby Island at low tide.
Baby Island Lodge is designed to give you plenty of room to get
together as well as room to get away for a quiet interlude.
Two large lounging/dining decks with large gas barbecue, picnic tables
and hot tub. Patios, swing, porch glider and hamocks.

10.3% tax
$100 cleaning fee per visit (not night).
A separate check for $500 is held as damage deposit and returned when
phone bill is received for rental period.
Check-in 5 pm, check-out 11 am. Rates vary depending on season and
length of stay.
