This is a cozy first floor unit with a large bedroom, bathroom and living area and beautiful, tropical views.  The door from the living room walks directly out to the pool patio and the ocean.  The unit is fully furnished with a King sized bed, all linens, pull out sectional sofa, dinette area and small, but fully equipped kitchen.  There are no other units on the first floor and the building is very secure, so privacy is at a premium.  The unit is painted in soothing neutral tones with natural accents.  Our property manager lives onsite and as owners we are very close by to manage any needs you may encounter. 

This unit has a walk in closet, tub/shower combo, good closet space, cable television, and modern furnishings.  The complex has covered parking available at an additional rate, an open pool directly on the ocean, shuffleboard court, recreation room, lobby, security coded keyless entry and onsite laundry facilities.

This area is primarily residential with few hotels.  The beaches are beautiful for walking and the area has many marinas and launches for the boating enthusiast.  Fishing, surfing, scuba diving and snorkeling are popular activities.  There are many area golf courses and this unit is within 20 minutes of Kennedy Space Center and an hour from Orlando.
