We are available for the months of November and December, 2011. 

This is not your normal rental house! This is a home and Our home is beautifully decorated and furnished with care and consideration to the seasoned traveler. We want this to be your home away from home.  High end furnishings, appointments and decorative touches abound. We want to make it that you never want to leave and you will return every year.

Our home is fully outfitted. You’ll find the eat-in kitchen appointed with two sets of china, two sets of silverware, all cooking utensils, microwave oven, small appliances and table and four chairs. The dining area has a Ethan Allen dining room set with six chairs and matching buffet server.

Brand new appliances, gas range, inside laundry room.

The living room features a sofa and loveseat with recliners in both ends.

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and dresser/mirror along with two nightstands. The bedroom set is a Tommy Bahama and the comforter set is as well. The master bath is roomy and has a walk-in shower. There is also a large walk-in closet.

The lanai has a table and six chairs. There are two lounge chairs for your enjoyment as well. Have you morning coffee here, read the Villages Daily Sun and get organized for all of the activities you will be doing. 

The guest bedroom contains twin beds, nightstand and dresser with mirror. There is another walkin closet as well. The guest bath has a tub/shower combination.
Nice front porch to sit in the morning sun with coffee. 

This is a Designer home with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms , screened in, vinyl lanai. Great location close to Spanish Springs Town Center and Sumter Landing.

NOT AN ORDINARY RENTAL. THIS IS A HOME THAT YOU WILL BE COMFORTABLE IN.

OUR HOME COMES WITH GOLF CART, HIGH SPEED INTERNET, CABLE TV, IS BEAUTIFULLY FURNISHED AND DECORATED AND VERY WELL EQUIPPED. THIS IS NOT A PATIO VILLA OR COURTYARD VILLA OR A RANCH HOUSE - THIS IS A DESIGNER HOME.
