Located in a residential area of villas, single family and luxury homes this beautifully furnished two bedroom, two bath condo with lakeview is only five years young. With close to 1500 square feet of living space this attractive unit has a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with breakfast bar. The master bedroom is sure to please it offers a comfortable kings size bed, dresser and LCD television for viewing. The master bath has a large walk-in tiled shower, walk-in closet and double sink vanity. The guest room has a queen size bed and wall length closet. The living area provides ample seating with two full- size couches, an oversized chair with ottomon, coffee and end tables.

There is a lighted entertainment center with an LCD television and DVD player as well. Be sure to enjoy the spacious lanai with a full-size patio table, chairs and lite palm tree. The lakeview and lighted fountain provides a tranquil setting with the the double sliding doors fully opened to the living area. The unit is located on the second floor of a three story building . The complex is located twenty minutes from the Fort Myers Airport and a ten minute drive to the sunny beaches.
