When you first walk into the Penthouse, you will be awe struck by the large expansive terrace that runs the length of the Penthouse and features a stunning view of the ocean. Every room is oriented for views over the sea and opens to the terrace.

You are right on the beach, with large cascading community pools, that light up at night. Right outside your door is a beautiful sandy beach for those strolls down to Surfer's Cove where you can grab a cool drink at Big Tony's, try his 'mama's ribs' and if you get daring enough rent a boogie board and join the surfers. Another favorite thing to do is go horse back riding at sunset on this beach. You will not forget it.

One of the best features is the private upper roof top sun deck. Take in the sun as you listen to the surf, or your iPod. Enjoy the jacuzzi under a starry sky. Bring in a masseuse for a private massage, something not to miss.

The great room is expansive, there is lots of living space and is open to the dining room which seats 8 and the gourmet, fully stocked kitchen. We boast a large flat screen TV, free internet and also free phones calls to the US and Canada.
