June 1 to June 15 Rate is $ 900 per week
June 15 to July 30 Rate is $ 1375 per week
August 1 to September 15 Rate is $ 1475 per week
September 16 to October 30 Rate is $ 900 per week
In addition the Tenant is to pay a $ 250 Security Deposit and a $ 150 cleaning fee. The security deposit and cleaning fee are to be paid with the initial deposit for the rental period.
