Completely remodeled and updated 2/2 beauty in Sea Pines. Boat lift available for pontoon boat up to 24' or tie up to the floating dock. If you don't have a boat, ours is available with a minimum of 2 month house rental. From the imported Spanish tile flooring to the Italian tile mural and pot filler and French chandelier and window treatments, you will see the quality of finishes and workmanship in this lovely home. It is on a canal just minutes to the channel and open water with abundant tarpon and red fishing just a few minutes away. Or just take the kayaks and paddle into the mangroves for great bird watching. The backyard is fenced and there is a doggie door. So your pooch (and kitty) are welcome to come too!

Pontoon boat available if house is rented for a minimum of 2 months. 2 kayaks with fishing rods and life jackets, 2 bicycles, smoker and grill, 42" flat screen tv with home theater and  dvd player, cable and internet, pontoon boat lift, floating dock, breadmaker, pot filler, fully outfitted gourmet kitchen, microwave, ss propane convection oven and range, ss refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Master bedroom has a king size bed and 2nd bedroom has a queen size. The sleeper sofa has a brand new full size mattress.

Tampa is only 45 minutes away and Tarpon Springs and the sponge docks only 20 minutes away. Great shopping and dining abounds and Hudson Beach is a leisurely bicycle ride away. The area is home to wild parrots and when the tide is high, dolphins often come into the canal to play. There are plenty of golf courses in the area for the golfer in the family. The Sun Casino ship is minutes away as is the Bonati Clinic. There are plenty of great restaurants and opportunities for shopping just minutes from the house.

All utilities and cable are included in the rent. House to be rented only by the week or month.  For weekly rental, there is a $75 cleaning fee. With a minimum 2 month house rental, use of pontoon boat is included.

25% non-refundable deposit upon rental that will be applied to rent.

 If pontoon boat is part of the package, any damage incurred by tenant to be paid for by tenant.

Weekly rental in January is discounted to $550 plus cleaning charge.
