This comfortable and convenient Mountain Brook townhouse has just the right combination of rustic charm with all of the conveniences of home.  Located right in the heart of Waterville Valley, it is situated on a safe, quiet, private street overlooking a hiking trail and a brook.  Park your car and forget it!

Conveniently located, it is just a few minutes walk to the Town Square with its shops and dining, the White Mountain Athletic Club and the Town Recreation Department.  There is also a free trolley around the town.

The condo has 2 bedrooms and a loft.  It can sleep 4 - 7 people.  There are 2 full baths.  All bed linens - sheets, pillow cases, pillows, blankets and mattress pads are supplied.  Please bring your own towels.  There are 3 TV's - living room, master bedroom and loft - all with cable.  There is a large (lockable) closet right outside the condo - for skateboards, small bicycles, inner tubes, fishing rods, etc.  There is also a covered shed for locking full size bicycles.

Main Level -  There is a bedroom with a double bed.  There is a full bathroom with a tub and shower.  The living room has a fireplace for those cool spring and fall evenings, a skylight and lots of windows, since this is an end unit.  The HDTV has a DVD player.  The kitchen is fully equipped with a new glass top stove and the dining room table can seat 6 people.  There is a balcony overlooking a hiking trail and the brook.

Second Level - The master bedroom has a queen size bed and its own sink.  There is a stacked washer/dryer combination.  There is a full bathroom with a tub and shower.

Loft - Perfect for children over 6 years old.  With its own TV, they can leave you alone.  There is a built-in twin bed and 2 folding beds.  Nice skylight, too.

This is a beautiful, safe resort.  Relax and enjoy your stay - there's no traffic to worry about!

Wireless Internet access is optionally available throughout the condo.

Our guests have access to the White Mountain Athletic Center for a nominal guest fee.  It has indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, steam rooms, weights, cardio equipment, a game room, a pro shop and a restaurant.

So much to do!

There is a hiking trail right behind the condo that connects to the Town Square and the network of trails. There are miles and miles of hiking and mountain biking trails around the town and in the White Mountain National Forest.  Hike to the Cascades, a series of waterfalls and swimming holes that kids love.

Corcoran's Pond has a beach and swimming.  Kayaks, canoes and paddle boats are available for rent.

There is a skateboard park near the Town Square with ramps, jumps and rails.  BMX bikes are also welcome.  You can even attend skateboard camp.

The 9-hole golf course is right in town.

Play tennis on some of the best clay courts in New England.  And the views are spectacular.

Take a ride up the chairlift on Snow's Mountain for a round trip scenic ride, or hike down along pristine trails.  For those looking for more excitement, take a mountain bike up on the lift and ride down!

The indoor Ice Arena is adjacent to the Town Square.  It is open even during the summer so that you can cool off from the summer heat.  There are public skating sessions and even pick up hockey games.  Rental skates are available.  Check the schedule for times.

The Town Recreation Department runs many activities, especially for families with kids.  A schedule is available.

Day camp is available on a daily basis.
