Tuck's Landing ocean front beach house retreat is just a short 15
minute drive across the bridge into Galveston Island, where you can
visit the new Schlitterbahn Waterpark, walk along The Strand, tour
Historic Homes, go to The Grand 1894 Opera House for a musical and
visit Moody Gardens...

Take a horse-drawn carriage ride after a romantic dinner, and enjoy
the gorgeous sunsets. Get your binoculars out for some incredible
bird-watching, or go on a deep sea fishing trip.
The 12 mile long beach that connects San Luis Pass and Surfside is
perfect for a picnic, kite-flying and building castles in the sand.
Our beaches list an astonishing 600 known shell species. Surfing,
swimming, shelling and sunbathing are just a few of the many
activities for you to enjoy.

San Luis Pass is famous for some of the best trout fishing along the
Gulf Coast. Many bays and lakes ebb and flow through San Luis Pass,
bringing fish of all types and sizes.

The newly remodeled 1250 ft. lighted San Luis Pass Fishing Pier is
located a short walking distance from Tuck's Landing. Some record
breakers have been caught off the Pier since it was built in 1946!

Also located on The Great Texas Coastal Birding Trail, San Luis Pass
is rated one of the top ten birding areas along the trail. Over 75%
of Texas' 600 different bird species can be viewed from along the
Great Coastal Birding Trail.

For birders, the Texas coast is a marvel of tanagers, buntings,
orioles, warblers, and hummingbirds. With 613 documented birds,
Texas exceeds all other states in opportunities to see a variety of
birds. Texas specialties such as the green jay, ringed kingfisher,
and great kiskadee provide birders with unique viewing opportunities.

Tuck's Landing is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath vacation home that was built
in 2001, and is a fully furnished beach house with central air, heat
and all new appliances including a washer & dryer, with a complete
kitchen for the gourmet.

There is one king sized bed, one queen and two sets of twin
bunkbeds, as well as a Coleman air mattress

The open floorplan features vaulted ceilings and abundant windows
featuring an ocean front view, keeping the house light and bright.

The enclosed outdoor shower is great for washing off the sand after
a fun-filled day at the beach.
