This is a one story house where the bedrooms are on one side and the common areas on the other side.  
There is a beautiful, peaceful backyard with a wonderful mango tree that provides lots of shade, when needed.  Here you will also find a covered BBQ area with a gas grill as well as two gas burner stove tops, for those occasions when you want to cook something outside along with the grill.  There is a playground and a hammock where you can relax while watching the children.

There are two master suites in the house.  They are located on opposite sides of the house.
The first master suite has a King size bed with a full size sofabed.  This suite's bathroom has a shower with a seated area and natural stone walls.
The second master suite has a Queen size bed along with a convertible chair(twin).  This suite's bathroom has a bathtub/shower with dual pedestal sinks and marble-covered walls.
The other two bedrooms share the third bathroom which also has a bathtub/shower with dual pedestal sinks and marble-covered walls.
The half bathroom is located next to the family room.  In the family room, there is a Full size sofabed.

Inflatable bounce house/ obstacle course with slide is available upon request at no additional charge.  
There are speakers located in the ceiling within the living room, dining room, bathroom for master suite 1 and surround sound speakers in the family room.  Perfect for a get together!

Hallandale Beach is filled with great restaurants, shopping and beautiful beaches.  It is also home to Gulfstream Racetrack and Casino, which is now in the process of incorporating a huge shopping mall with very exclusive stores and more excellent restaurants.
