Our 1300 sq. ft.  3 Bedroom, 2 Bath townhome sleeps 8. Great accommodations and local advise.

Sleeps 8 - 2 queens, 2 twins and a queen sofa sleeper. Brand new carpet, dishes, bedding and freshly painted walls.

Our townhome backs up to open space and has a large yard. The unit is three levels, with 2 bedrooms, a bath and laundry machine on the lower level, living room, kitchen and fireplace on the main level and a large loft with bath on the upper level.

Located in the heart of Colorado ski country, our townhome is centrally located in the Fraser Valley minutes from the Winter Park Ski Area and town. Right up the hill from the grocery store, this unit features an outstanding clubhouse and 3 bus stops right out your door. Get to town, the ski area, tubing hill or more without your car. This unit features a great deck with views.

Dirty condo, deposit not returned

We rented this condo for a long weekend, three nights, three months ago. We thought it was a great location and even better that they allowed dogs. First impression was ok, very out dated, but ok. Then, looking closer, started to notice how filthy it was. Cobwebs, dirt, dust and even trash in every corner, even needed to wash most of the dishes before using them. At least the bed sheets were clean. When we left, we made sure to strip all the beds, piled the towels we used, cleaned the kitchen, started the dishwasher and took out the trash. Apparently there was a little bit of dog hair on the couch... when you allow dogs to stay in a condo, this should not be unexpected in my opinion. After about a month, I had to call the owner to see why my pet deposit hadn't been refunded. I got an explanation that the cleaning lady had told her that there was dog hair on the couch and that they had to drive up and check it out. That is the last I've heard from these people. The owners kept my pet deposit with no other explanation or receipt for cleaning. Bad form, and also incredibly rude. I would not recommend renting this condo, especially if you have dogs and want your deposit back.

Owners response: We have had endless renters with pets. Each pet owner is required to put down a deposit. In our entire history, we have only had to keep one pet deposit and it was for this renter. Our unit is very well represented in the photos and is as "dated" as the photos shows. The unit is clean and is cleaned after each stay with deep cleans throughout the year.

Because of this renters pets, we had a very difficult time removing the pet hair from the couch and had to compensate the next guests because of the situation. We were able to take care of the problem after the following guests left when we had more time to deal with it.

We have had positive feedback on this unit and believe this guest is frustrated because they did not receive their deposit back.

But we do expect that the unit be left in good condition and that the pets in the home will not cause wear and tear that will interfere with other guest experiences. So if you have pets that stay with us and they choose to use the couch, please be respectful and bring tools to remove the fur, or have your pets stay on the floor or in their crates or dog beds.

The skiing was great and we were so glad we went with a condo verses a few hotel rooms. It was great to come back and relax in the hot tubs. The buses were so easy and convenient. Extra thanks for answering your phone when we called. Your recommendations on the restaurants were right on. Brad

We had such a great time. Thanks for sharing your ski condo with us. The layout was awesome. The 3 levels gave us plenty of room to spread out and the kitchen and living room were a perfect size for 8. Your clubhouse was great too. The outdoor pool was a hit with the kids and we loved the hot tubs of course. It was so easy to catch the bus to the ski area. We will definitely be back. Thanks again. Susan
