This condo is situated in the center of an active community of 55+ residents. Enjoy the mild Green Valley weather right from your own private patio. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings - the only noise you will hear is the chirping of the birds. This condo is ready to go and has many details sure to make your winter stay enjoyable. Did I mention the neighbors are great??? Close to shopping & Medical Facilities. Steps away from your reserved parking space and sparkling pool. Just show up, it's all right here! Absolutely No Smokers Please. Must be 55 or older.

Wireless Internet - Flat Screen HD-TV with built in DVD/CD player in livingroom, also HD TV in Bedroom, expanded cable TV service,  DVD/CD collection. Full size washer & dryer, fresh linens & towels, Queen size bed, double closets, dishes, complete set of gourmet pots & pans, utensils, toaster, microwave, mini George Foreman grill, outdoor charcoal grill, coffee maker, coffee mill, kitchen radio, table linens, NEW full size refrigerator, NEW central AC/Heat, NEW ceiling fans, utilities included.Owner pays Memebership to  Green Valley Recreation (GVR)  - you pay only a nominal I.D. card fee & use fee.

GVR boasts 12 REC centers.  You won't run out of activities, from Tennis to pickle ball & shuffle board, to arts & crafts (ceramics, jewelry making, wood working) dancing, fully equiped exercise facilities, lap pools, hot tubs, day trips, various clubs (camera & computers to name a few).

The surrounding area is rich with activities.  Golf is Green Valley's second name....Don't forget your clubs! Tubac is an artist enclave minutes away for great for shopping & dining. The Titan Missle Museum is nearby for the history buff. Madera Canyon is the prime spot for bird watching, hiking & and just getting out for an adventure. Tucson is 20 minutes away and hosts the World Class Gem & Mineral Show in February.  A real sight to see! 

vacation rental rates

$1350/month Jan-March (full months only, no prorations).  December $1000, November & April $800.00, October $700 - Summer rate special deals!  $300.00 refundable security deposit, $75.00 non-refundable cleaning fee. Half of first months rent due up front in order to hold reservation. Small dog okay.  All Rates include all utilities. We accept weekly renters April through December only.

 Special season rate total of $3800 if you rent January through March.

A condo with everything!

My wife and I enjoyed a marvelous 10 day vacation at this beautiful location. When we arrived the lights were on to welcome us, and later the owner called to be sure we were well settled in, and everything met our needs. The unit was equipped with everything you would need, so much thought was put into detail. The place was spotless and freshly decorated, new cooking utensils, in fact everything seemed new and fresh. The neighbours were so pleasant and welcoming, the complex was great for walking and it was a short distance to the farmers market and shopping. There were great restaurants near by if we didn't want to eat in, and even a church just down the road. The weather was ideal and we enjoyed touring about, with a short drive up the I-19 to Tucson. We would highly recommend this villa, and we would certainly come back again.

Recommended for: age 55+, people with disabilities, pet-friendly, sight seeing, romantic getaway

Mexican Style Villa

The owner provided good customer service throughout the arrangement period and, during our stay. She was quick to respond to our request: a place where two adults and two well-behaved Golden Retrievers could stay. There were even dog treats left for our girls. They say, "Woof-Woof." The description and pictures detailing this property are accurate. The condo is very clean, nicely decorated and very well maintained. This property is close to shopping ~ within walking distance, and there are two (that we found) good restaurants in this shopping area. There are also a couple of churches within walking distance. Of course in June the weather is HOT, but we found the condo cool and comfortable inside. Our Golden girls appreciated the cool tile floor. Yes, we would recommend this property to anyone visiting Green Valley, AZ.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, pet-friendly, sight seeing, romantic getaway

This was a first time for us to rent for the winter season. This condo had it all. I always look for the 3 C's COZY, COMFORTABLE & CLEAN. This condo got an A+ in all categories. I was most impressed with the cleanliness and attention to detail. Nothing was left out! All the details made our stay VERY enjoyable...we plan on returning again next year. We had an excellent time touring the area and the day hiking was fabulous! Madera Canyon was beatuiful! The condo owners were very pleasant to deal with and helped us make teh most out of our stay. I highly reccommend this mexican style condo, you will have a great time.
