Visit this VERY comfortable condo sitting right on the waters edge at beautiful Table Rock lake. Located in a gated community directly off highway 65, you'll feel secluded but can get to all the action in Branson within minutes. Enjoy all the fun the lake has to offer, or do nothing but relax and enjoy the scenery. The on property marina offers convenient boat launch and storage within walking distance. This two bedroom was recently remodeled with all new carpet, furniture and appliances.

Gated entrance for security. Ground level.
Two bedroom, two full bath. One king, one queen and a queen air matress available. All linens included. Washer/dryer. Central heat and A/C. Wood burning fireplace. Private patio in back with seating and a great veiw. New gas grill.
Large flat screen TV with DVD player in living area. Bedrooms also have tv-all with cable.
Kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and utensils. New dishwasher, stove, microwave and fridge. No house phone-bring your cell.
Parking right in front of building. Great pool for use only by this building across parking lot. Please bring your own pool/lake towels. Grassy yard in back leads to lake shore of the main channel. Fish or swim right there. Fun wooded area to explore.
The Emerald Pointe Marina is within walking distance and can provide easy access loading and unloading your boat. They can also provide indoor dry-dock or outdoor storage at $30 and $10/day respectively for 2011. The dry dock service includes putting in and taking out your boat with just a call a few minutes in advance. Talk about convenience! They also offer pontoon, ski and fishing boat rental. Basic groceries, ice and beer are handy.

Head two coves south by water to the Big Cedar lodge, have dinner at the Buzzard Bar and enjoy the nightly family friendly show with Clay Self. Farther south takes you to Arkansas where you'll find glass smooth water for skiing and tubing. The other direction is close to the dam and state park.
Off the lake enjoy all Branson has to offer in the way of shows, attractions and shopping. We're also close to Branson Landing. Tons of great restaurants in the area. Golf one or two of the near by championship courses like John Daley's Murders Rock or Branson Creek. Not far from the new airport.

$110.00/night September 7 to May 1. $175.00/night May 1 to September 7. Holiday rates to $225. $65.00 one time cleaning fee additional.
Half due at time of booking and remainder due two weeks from check in. Deposit refundable if cancellation two weeks in advance. Check in at 3pm and check out by 10am.
