Serendipity on the Shore is a beautiful, privately owned beachfront  
home, apartment and duplex combination directly located gulf front  
can privately and comfortably accommodates 2-24 guests! Perfect for  
two on a honeymoon, anniversary... dozens for your reunion, wedding  
or group retreat. 
Not a condo! Not on the intercostal waterway, but right on the  
sugary sand of the Gulf of Mexico!  
Enjoy balmy breezes and spectacular views at this premium location  
on Redington Shores.  
With trendy furnishings and many amenities, this dream house  
combination can easily accommodate 2-26 guests.  
  
Serious beach goers know that when you are fortunate enough to book  
your stay directly beachfront, your vacation experience is enhanced  
considerably. Serendipity on the Shore guests never experience that  
hotel-motel feel, share common area faculties, and contend with  
elevators and crowds of strangers. They never have to lug beach  
chairs and coolers for blocks or search for restrooms or snack bars.  
Guests enjoy private entrances and baths creating the option for  
complete privacy or group interaction. Designer hand-painted  
furniture, mosaics, and faux finishes colorfully represent the  
playfulness and ambiance of the beach.  
  
Serendipity on the Shore is ideal for extended family vacations and  
perfect for a group of friends.  The entire beachfront of the house  
is lined with windows that allow for a total view of the Gulf. A  
fully-equipped kitchen and great room, perfect for entertaining,  
leads out to spacious patio with garden pavilion.  
  
A spiral staircase leads to the private second-floor master bedroom  
suite (Island Splendor). The suite boasts a huge king-size bed with  
decorative mosquito net and a large hand painted armoire. A large  
master bath complete with a double-headed shower and a two-person  
tub adds to the ultimate luxury. Dine or sip champagne on the  
spacious, private deck off the master suite while enjoying the  
spectacular panoramic view of the Gulf and feeling it's soft, balmy,  
breezes. 
  
The second bedroom (Coral Cove), included with the house rental, is  
located on the first floor of the house and has a spacious bath and  
private entrance. It has a large full bath and two twin beds that  
can be converted into a king size bed.  A common area laundry  
separates the main house and the apartment.  
  
The Beach Breeze apartment and Sea Mist suite, sleeps 2-6, has  
direct beach access, living area with a queen bed and daybed that  
converts into a king bed or two singles, equipped kitchen and access  
to two baths. French doors provides a view of the Gulf and walk-on  
beach access.  
The Sea Mist has twin beds that can be made up into a king size bed.  
  
If additional arrangements are needed the charming studio  
(Serendipity Studio) has a queen bed and futon that can provide  
additional sleeping quarters for four more guests. 
  
NEW! The (Beach Bliss) duplex is located right next door with the  
same wonderful Gulf front access. Charming, cozy, and private in old  
Florida style, the Beach Bliss (photos to come soon) has two  
bedrooms, one full bath and living room/kitchen area with a  
comfortable futon and can accommodate up to six guests. 
  
The (Sun Spot) Gulf front efficiency may be include upon available.

You may just want to spend your days lounging on the beach,  
occasionally coming in for cool drinks and watching the sunsets from  
the balcony. But, if you do want to venture out, almost anything you  
want to do is nearby. (Disney World, Sea World, wave runners, jet  
skiing, fishing, golfing, shopping, fabulous restaurants in walking  
distance, etc).  
 
Over 30 Golf Courses in the immediate area and some of the  
outstanding ones are: Bardmor, Clearwater Country Club and Dunedin! 
 
Serendipity on the Shore is only 35-45 minutes from Tampa  
International Airport and only 20 minutes from Clearwater/St  
Petersburg airport.

We spent a fabulous week at your "little piece of heaven by the  
shore.” The house is so well appointed combining beach and upscale  
interior decorating. The master suite deck is as good as it gets. We  
loved falling asleep to the sound of breaking waves every night.  
Just a short drive to Orlando made it easy to combine a trip to

Lucky me, I had to attend a training workshop in Marco Island, so I  
extended my trip to include a respite at “Serendipity on the Shore.”  
I still think about my daily morning 90 minute beach walks in bare  
feet on the pure white sandy beach. Because I had a car rental, I  
was able to hunt and gather great Florida clothing and jewelry, food  
in the nearby malls and shopping centers, and fresh fruits and  
vegetables at an open-air market. I can close my eyes and remember  
all of the first-class amenities and special character of this  
unique beach house. Falling asleep to the sound of the gulf tides  
and the sent of salt-water air wafting through the master bedroom
