The House is a Luxury 3 bedroom/ 2 full bath home on 2 levels with about 1400 sq feet. 100% Remodeled in 2007 with high end furnishings. Eco Friendly Products are used to clean home with. Parking for 3 cars located on property. Wireless Internet access as well.

I am located in a Great location. close to all major attractions, Freeways are close by, University of Washington, Children's Hospital and North Seattle Community College are very close by as well.

CD player, Clock Radio, 2 large windows, Room is carpeted (No shoes worn in home)  Chaise Lounge.   Bathroom has 2 sinks, Travertine Floors, Seperate Shower, Toilet and 2 person Whirlpool Tub.  Bedroom can be set up to sleep an additional 1-2 persons on an air bed! ..(Additional Flate Rate)

Night stands and lamps, closets. Bathroom has Travertine Tile,  Shower/Tub combo. sink and toilet.  all bath ammenties such as shampoo/conditioner/toilet paper/ soap/ cotton swabs and toothpaste provided!

Fully Equipped Kitchen with all Major appliances and 27 feet of slab granite counters, Brazillian Cherry floors and Cherry Molding thru-out House.

Large Deck off back kitchen for outside entertaining (Mid June-October)

Daily Rates are $245  Depends on what days and how many persons. 2 additional persons can sleep on an air bed, making 8 total in home. $50 flat rate to set up air bed for 1 to 2 persons extra.

Weekly Rates: $1100.00 + $75 non refundable cleaning fee + Tax of 9.5%,Longer term stays or multiple houses or weeks are eligible for a discount.

Monthly rates start at $2500.00 for 1-2 persons, up to $2950 for 6, additional persons and housekeeping are higher, Please inquire.

Weekly is $1400.00/ Daily is $275 for up to  6 and $295 for 8

Monthly is $3200.00 for 6   $3400 for 8

Cleaning fee is $75.00 and tax of 9.5% will be added.
