Desert Breeze Villas Condominiums - 10030 W. Indian School Rd. Phoenix, AZ. Very tastefully furnished condo in a beautiful, quite gated community. Great location close to several fine golf courses, major sports venues, good restaurants, night life, shopping and tourist destinations. Fully equiped unit, you don't have to bring anything except your bathing suit and a tooth brush.

Literally a few steps from the heated salt water pool, the 24 hr. gym and the hot tub.  A gas BBQs are available for the residents.  Assigned covered parking, security system, cable TV and free wi-fi internet access, all the linens, towels, dishes and kitchen equipment are furnished. 

Close to everything!  Phoenix has more golf courses than you can shake a golf club at!!! Walk or drive 5 minutes in any direction and you can find one! Condo is 24 minutes from Sky Harbor International Airport, only 5 minutes to University of Phoenix Stadium,  Glendale Spring Training Complex,  Peoria Sports Complex, Phoenix Coyotes Hockey Stadium,  Westgate Center and the Glendale Airport. 17 minutes to Phoenix International Raceway.  15 minutes to the World Wildlife Zoo & Aquarium. Tons of great restaurants and shopping close by.  Go hiking in the desert at the White Tanks Regional Park 25 minutes away. In 45 minutes you can be at Lake Pleasant.  There is always something cool going on in Phoenix. Ask us, we'll tell you what's going on.

Weekly winter rate is $950 or $3400 per month (Oct. 1st thru May 31st). Additional days @ $150 / night.

Weekly Summer rate is $700 per week or $2000 per month (June 1st thru Sept. 31st)

50% of rent is due upon reservation. Balance is due prior to arrival.

$400 Security Deposit or pay $39 Damage Insurance. 

$100 cleaning fee.
