Great location close to several fine golf courses, major sports venues, good restaurants, night life, shopping and tourist destinations. Fully equiped unit, you don't have to bring anything except your bathing suit and a tooth brush.

Condo has brand new tile floors and granite counter tops. Two queen beds and two twin beds can accomodate 6 comfortably. It is just a few steps from the Heated Salt Water Pool, 24 hr. Fitness Center and Hot Tub. A Gas BBQs is just down the steps from your condo. Assigned covered parking, Cable TV and Wi-Fi internet access. All the linens, towels, dishes and kitchen equipment are furnished.

Desert Breeze is an easy 24 minute drive from Sky Harbor International Airport, only 5 minutes to University of Phoenix Stadium, Camelback Ranch Spring Training facility, Peoria Sports Complex, Phoenix Coyotes Hockey Stadium, Westgate Center and the Glendale Airport. 17 minutes to Phoenix International Raceway. 15 minutes to the World Wildlife Zoo & Aquarium. Many great restaurants and LOTS of shopping close by. Go hiking in the desert at the White Tanks Regional Park 25 minutes away. In 45 minutes you can be at Lake Pleasant. We accept personal checks and credit cards.
Weekly winter rate is $1000 or $3600 per month (Oct. 1st thru May 31st). Additional days @ $150 / night.
Weekly Summer rate is $700 per week or $2000 per month (June 1st thru Sept. 31st)
50% of rent is due upon reservation. Balance is due prior to arrival.
$400 Security Deposit or pay $49 Damage Insurance.
$95 cleaning fee.
