New Luxury House,Private Pool,Near the Ocean,Pets,Wifi in North Myrtle Beach

PP1 is perfect for all our families! When you arrive you will want to check out your own private pool, go for a swim or hop on one of the golf carts and head to your white sandy beach.  There is direct beach access at the end of our street with golf cart parking in front of the sand dunes. You can grill out by the pool or sit in the rockers on the front porch and feel the ocean breeze.  Each unit has an open living, dining, and kitchen area so you can cook, eat, and share memories together.The whole house has 8 BR's with 2 King Suites and 6 Queen BR's.  The king suites have a walk in closet (perfect for a crib) there is also a double futon in the master suite.  When you arrive the beds are all made with fresh linens. Bath towels, beach towels and chairs, as well as crib, toddler bed, packnplays, high chair, etc... ask and I will get it for you!   My husband and I own and manage our 3 properties and we strive to make your vacation experience relaxing and carefree because you deserve it!

We are close to all the major attractions: Alabama Theater, Dixie Stampede, House of Blues, Bear Foot Landing, Restaurant Row, Alligator Adventure, Bass Pro Shop, Colonial Mall, Movie Theaters, The Tanger Outlets, The best Golf Courses are very close to the house, the public tennis courts at McClean Park where there is a new playground for children of all ages.  We are close to the airport.  Deep Sea fishing Charters are close by since we are close to Little River Inlet that goes to the Ocean, Parasailing just a block away at 17th Ave. South and they have lots of other activities there, also Molly Darcy's Irish Pub is there too on the Ocean at 17th Ave. South.  You can eat lunch or have a drink and watch the water sports while you relax.
