The open and rather spacious kitchen is fully equipped with beautiful corian countertops, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar with barstools and a pub style modern square dining table with seating for eight. The kitchen overlooks the outdoor patio area, as well as the fantastic large custom heated pool. The outside area is both ideal for entertaining and extremely private. A new patio table with umbrella and six chairs rests poolside and there is also a new stainless bbq grill. In addition, there is an elevated sun bathing lounge overlooking the pool with chaise lounge chairs. 

Off the living area, you will find the private master bedroom offering a king size bed, flat screen television and modern furnishings. The stunning master bathroom is brand new and offers a granite vanity sink and a large marble walk-in shower.  In addition to the master bedroom, you will find two additional guest bedrooms, each equipped with a queen size bed, as well as plasma televisions.  The home also features a twin day bed in an alternate living area. The Florida room off the kitchen offers three sets of french doors opening up to the spacious pool area.
