Upper level has 2 generous guestrooms, a study and a full bath.

The main level has sitting room, grand fireplace, kitchen and semi-formal dining room and a 3rd guest room (or maid quarters) as specified. And walkout to garage.

The Garden level has a playroom with pool table, fireplace/stove, 9' projection home theater, stove/fireplace & a 4th guest room and bath and laundry facilities.

Park Citys three major ski resorts - are accessible in minutes, and 7 additional resorts can be reached quickly- ensuring a full day on brand new runs daily! The "greatest snow on earth", Utah is a bargain. The slopes are open, groomed and uncrowded.  All of Utah's resorts combined get about the same number of skiers one Colorado resort receives annually.  You'd spend many times the money elsewhere for a fraction of the skiing and winter vacation experience, and once you've skied Utah snow, you'll never want to vacation anywhere else.

 Inside, generous parking stalls for large RVs plus space for sporting gear.

Outside parking area is quite flat and offers extra off-street parking for 3 or 4 more vehicles - imperative for groups and nearly unobtainable in resort towns.

The water system is a quick recharge/large capacity suitable for groups. Your group can enjoy ample hot water after long days on the slopes!

A goumet kitchen is large and open and perfect for family gathering and entertaining.

There is enough elbow room in the 3100+ feet of space to allow movies, games, reading, conversation and sleeping all at the same time.

Olympic Sports Park is about  1 mile away, and boasts ski jumps, aerial venue, and bobsled and luge course. Bobsled rides are offered to the public.

Redstone Plaza is the new heart of Park City. Across the street from the Park, you'll find shopping, restaurants, theaters, spa and public workout facilities, and a Public Library. A factory outlet shopping center is close by. Public natatorium is about 3 minutes away if you'd like a swim. Kids can get public transportation to most everything around P.C. in about 2 blocks if you're in need of a break.

The list of available diversions such as cross country skiing, snowmobiling, etc. continue to grow and change quickly in this undiscovered winter paradise!  Although we can't guarantee perfection or a moose sighting, both happen frequently!

Rate is either four guest rooms with weekly linen change, OR three guest rooms with maid occupying the main level, an extra linen change weekly and with continental breakfast.

Base rates are weekday, with a 3 night minimum.  Weekly rates reflect bonus day discounts. Rates don't include applicable taxes and are subject to change prior to confirmation.
