Puerto Morelos is a quaint and simple little piece of local culture.  A wonderful place to take a stroll through the Town Square and sit for a while to watch the birds and the people or have a snack in one of the open air restaurants around the square.  Perhaps some shopping in one of the special little shops would be enjoyable.  Around 2 PM or 3 PM, watch the fishing boats come in, walk out on the pier to see the catch of the day.  Sometimes you can buy the fresh catch of the day for your evening meal.  How much fresher could it be than right off the boat onto your plate?
