The Hut on Grand View in Lake Placid

The Hut on Grand View is our home away from home and would like to share it with you when we are away. We are very centrally located - just 5 minutes away from Main Street on foot, and only 20 minutes by car to Whiteface Mountain. The pharmacy and grocery are just a stone's throw away by car. Despite being centrally located, our neighborhood still maintains its peace and tranquility.

Our home has two bedrooms for our guests with one full bathroom. Each bedroom can sleep two adults. The cozy living room which has a furnace, can sleep another adult on the sofa bed. All bedrooms, living and dining room are fully carpeted. Our kitchen and dining room are well-equipped if you desire to have your home-cooked meals. The newly renovated sunroom connects into the backyard.

Whether you are an avid winter sportsman, golfer or ironman (we are only a 5-minute walk from the starting line of Ironman), all your sports equipment can be stored safely and securely in the first floor of the house, the entry of which also serves as the mudroom. The laundry machine and dryer are located in the first floor as well (garage level). The first floor conveniently connects to the indoor 1-car garage.  This is perfect for keeping your vehicle away from rain or snow during those nasty days.  In case you have more than one vehicle in your party, our property has extra parking spaces just right in front of the house that can accommodate 2 vehicles.

We have a modest home with all the comforts of home and we're sure you'll love it!

Our home is for rent on a weekly basis at a rate of $800 - $1800 (7 days).

We require a minimum of 2 nights at a rate of $120 - $270 per night.
