Vacation Rental Description

(literally) across the street from breathtaking views at Regan Beach
on the lake shore in South Lake Tahoe. The neighborhood is nestled
along the beautiful meadow and wildlife park with amazing views of the
lake and surrounding mountains. Excellent options for hiking or casual
walks in the meadow or along the lake. Only one mile from the base of
Heavenly resort and the state line casinos. The house has two
bedrooms, one bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and
woodstove. The lake view from this rental will make your trip to Tahoe
memorable for years to come. Sleeps 5 comfortably.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This special location includes a TV with a VCR/DVD combo, as well as a
home stereo unit. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and the
second bedroom has a bunk with a full futon and twin upper deck.  Cozy
and comfortable, only steps from the beach, this private and quiet
getaway and has a large deck with lake views and a barbeque. All
linens and towels are provided.

Activities and Attractions

The house is located right on the lake's bike path, less than 2 miles
from the state line casinos and Heavenly Valley Ski Resort. It is also
on the local shuttle route, less than 100 feet from Regan Beach, only
two blocks from the meadow (hiking, sightseeing and cross-country
skiing), one mile from the recreation center with an indoor and
outdoor pool, as well as less than two miles away from the golf links.

Vacation Rental Rates

Ski Season (Dec 1st through April 15th) - $165.00/nt. or $1,050/wk
Regular rental season ( April 16 through Dec 1) - $155/nt. or $950/wk
Holidays - $190.00/nt. 

All rentals require a MINIMUM 2-NIGHT STAY and include a $60 cleaning
fee plus a $150 refundable 
security deposit. City room tax is 10%.
                                              
This is a non-smoking house. Smoking is allowed outside.  Please
deposit cigarette butts in the garbage.
