side of Destin in Miramar Beach Florida. This special “tucked away”
community is easy to fall in love with.

Two blocks from sugar white beaches and emerald water with a private
parking and gated beach access. Our 3 bedroom 2 bath home features
all new tropical furnishings to compliment your Florida vacation
with your own fenced in backyard and private community pool.

Your home away from home; a retreat from all the congestion and
noise that is usually in condo type environments. No steps no
elevators, no parking lot to walk, park in your own driveway,
unloading is easy.

is a mile away, all the restaurants, parasailing, jet skiing, water
parks, and golf courses are very near by.

50% deposit to confirm reservations
We require $500.00 damage deposit to be refunded within 30 days
$750.00 damage deposit for spring break to be refunded within 30 days
$100.00 pet deposit non - refundable call for details and approval
We rent from Saturday to Saturday
No less than 4 nights add $150.00 cleaning fee for stays less than a
week.
