The Villa features a electric heated private swimming pool, a boat dock with lift and a boat (can be rented for an additional charge) for up to 6 people. Fish (rods available) from the backyard or have fun in the sun with the boat!

Cape Coral offers you a variety of activities, beside boating, fishing and swimming and golfing, there are (family) parks some are even with water views - offering playgrounds and picnic areas as well as a running field.
Enjoy the sandy beaches around the area or cruise to the islands or rent a bike/ bicycle, there are bike routes and jogging paths through the city.

Distance to Cape Coral Beach approx. 15 minutes, to Ft Myers Beach approx. 35 minutes by car.

Prices are excluding:5% tourist tax and 6% sales, $150 cleaning fee and $400 security deposit.

Price includes: electricity up to 250 KWH/ week (additional usage of electricty will be charged with $0.12/ KWH and deducted from the security deposit), local phone calls, internet, cable TV, water usage.

Kids under the age of 12 years stay for free.

A $50 grill cleaning fee may apply.
