beach house located in the laid back beach community of Silver  
Strand.

Everything in this house is brand new!  Overlook the strand from the  
Garage/Game Room while playing ping-pong or darts, or sit back on  
the  
leather sofa in the living room and listen to the ocean while  
watching the 60-inch high definition TV, or maybe take the elevator  
to the fourth story roof top deck for a BBQ and bonfire.  What ever  
it is you are looking for this house has it.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates vary from 3,900-5,000 a week depending on the date and will  
rent nightly as well. 
 
June 1 - September 30 $5,000 a week  
October 1 - May 31 $4,000 a week / $695 a night (3night min.) 
            (Summer rates will apply for holidays)             
 
Usually rents Friday to Friday.  
 
Price is negotiable for long term rentals. 
 
$500 refundable security deposit 
 
$200 cleaning fee  
 
$200 optional linen and towel fee
