Everything in this house is comfortable living! Overlook the strand from the
Garage/Game Room while playing ping-pong or darts, or sit back on
the leather sofa in the living room and listen to the ocean, or maybe take the elevator
to the fourth story roof top deck for a BBQ, bonfire, & 360 degree view. At night enjoy a movie on a 60 inch big screen tv. Street Legal golf cart available for a quick local trip.
vacation rental rates
Special Weekly rate is $3,465 for a 7 night rental.
Rent nightly for $595 a night for 2 nights, $575 a night for 3 nights
Usually rents Friday to Friday. Linens, towels, & beach towels are included
Price is negotiable for longer term rentals.
$300 security deposit (refundable) plus renter protection policy $49 $250 cleaning fee will be added.
Holiday weekends require a 3 night booking, rates are $595 a night.
