Garage/Game Room while playing ping-pong or darts, or sit back on
the leather sofa in the living room and listen to the ocean, or maybe take the elevator
to the fourth story roof top deck for a BBQ, bonfire, & 360 degree view. At night enjoy a movie on a 60 inch big screen tv. Street Legal golf cart available for a quick local trip. Whatever it is you are looking for this house has it.
vacation rental rates
Special Summer rate is $3,325 for a 7 night rental and will
rent nightly as well - $500 a night for 2 nights, $495 a night (3 night min.)
Usually rents Friday to Friday.
Price is negotiable for long term rental.
$750 security deposit (refundable) or purchase protection policy $49.00. $250 cleaning fee and $200 linen, towel, and beach towel fee are added
Holiday weekends require a 3 night booking.
