Oakhill,2 story Ranch house on 30 acres in San Antonio

Completly renovated ranch house. It is the only house on the 30 acres.
There are horse stables, if you wish to bring your own horse. (None
are on site). The house has central air conditioning and heat. There
are 3 bedrooms upstairs and two and a half baths. One with a
Kingsize bed, and two Full size in each of the other two bedrooms.
Downstairs the two bedrooms also serve as the utility room and
the Living room. Both rooms close off for complete
privacy, and both have their own bathroom with a shower. The large
utility room (where the clothes washer and dryer are, has a Full size
bed. The Living room has a Queensize sofa/bed. Also a fireplace
in the Living room.

Three satalite TV systems, plus 2 regular TV systems. You can drive
to downtown San Antonio in 15 minutes.
There is a place to get gas and food only a mile away.

A large pond on the property for fishing and swimming. It is fed by
well water to keep it fresh, and a dock built onto it. It also has a
nice picnic area around it with picnic tables. Calavares Lake is
only a one mile drive away, and they also have fishing as well as
water skiing.
A Basketball court, and a Volley ball court.

A Pavillion, which is a large roofed area with night lights. It is
about 60 yards from the main house and has a Bar-b-Que and several
picnic tables and chairs.

$250 per night up to 8 people. Additional cost
per person beyond 8 is $15 per night.
