Exellant care taker  who takes pride in cleanliness of unit.Kitchen very well equipped, soup to nuts and not bare bones.Interenet in unit with DSL and wireless.Wahers and driers 15 feet down hall from condo.Condo on ground floor ;hence, minimal stairs to get into the building.Condo  is closest to Vail without being in the Villiage itself;hence,my condo  reasonable and you are not paying Villiage rates, It is very QUITE.

. Master bedroom with a queen bed, 2nd Bedroom has a queen and twin size bed,Condo keopt exceptionally CLEAN;Each bedroom has a VCR and TV,Living room T.V. and entertainment center

New kitchen, comfortable beds,very clean unit, internet service,kitcehen fully equipped and it is not bare bones.Unit close to slopes 8 minute free bus to slopes, 5 minutes by car to Villiage. Three beds in unit  which are two queens size and one twin size,Owner has unit set up for his personal use ;hence, comfortable for him and guest rentors.Closest to Vail villiage without being right in Villiafe;hence, can give very reasonable rates.Many references available.
