Renovated 2 BR Villa, one block to the Beach in Jaco

This Paradise villa is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath, recently renovated and fully furnished unit with DSL internet and a large safe for valuables. The complex is a one block walk to the ocean. All condos are on the ground floor.

The complex is well kept, in a great location close to the centre of town. There are views of the mountains surrounding the town. The grounds are colorful and well groomed. The entrance is on the East side of the main road Calle Pastor Diaz in Jaco beach. The complex is gated and manned 24 hours a day. There is a large common area that includes two pools and a Jacuzzi which are clean and well maintained.

The condo is remodeled, freshly painted and tastefully furnished. The A/C unit is newer and in good working order. There is a television and sofa in the living room, a double bed and wardrobe in the bedroom. The 2nd bedroom has a built-in double bed at one end of the room. The kitchen has a table and 4 chairs, refrigerator, microwave, a few small appliances and local wood cabinets. There are pots, pans, linens and dishes.
