Casa Canario is one eleven suites in Villa Blanca. Designed by architect Diego Mendez De La Penas, Villa Blanca is one of the most architecturally creative buildings in Old Town Puerto Vallarta. Each unit in Villa Blanca is individually owned and is serviced by a friendly and helpful english-speaking manager. It is a spacious one-bedroom suite, perfect for the couple wanting time together, or the single person ready to 'paint the town'. The open concept gives the unit a warm and spacious feeling, offering a full kitchen, dining area and an extra large sofa. The separate bedroom is complete with a beautifully tiled ensuite bathroom. There are two comfortable outdoor private decks to enjoy the ocean view. When entering the unit you are met with a comfortable feeling of old mexican charm. The unit is bright and cheerful, offering arched windows and large glassed doors that open the entire unit to the open air. Up one level from Canario is the pool. The pool is warm and relaxing and is part of a spacious deck with tables and lounge chairs. Up a few more stairs you will find the massive rooftop terrace, complete with a charcoal BBQ and entertainment area. The terrace offers a panoramic view of the Bay of Banderas from Los Arcos to downtown Puerto Vallarta. The sunsets from this vantage point are breathtaking. The whole building is draped with colorful plants and flowers year around.

Casa Canario is perfectly located and is front and center to everyting the Zona Romantica, Old Town, Olas Altas areas have to offer. Cross a quiet cobblestone street and down a set of stairs and you are on the popular Los Muertos beach. The beach area offers chairs, umbrellas, drinks and food, served by friendly and attentive locals. Here you can enjoy snorkelling, diving, parasailing, jet skiing, swimming, fishing, and of course, the excellent beach food and drinks. A short walk south you will find some excellent smaller secluded beaches where you can enjoy the relaxing sounds of the waves hitting the shore, or enjoy snorkelling in the small water pools. Down the street from your front door you will find some exceptional restaurants, shopping, beauty spas, markets, art galleries; not to mention the night clubs. The building is exceptionally well maintained and managed. There is daily maid service and a night security guard. It offers a shared pool, a deck, and a spacious rooftop terrace complete with charcoal BBQ. Canario is a non-smoking unit, that comes complete with air conditioning. The kitchen is equiped with a fridge, stove (less oven), microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, dishes, cutlery, and wine and margarita glasses. Large bottles of water are available from the building manager. The living area provides an extra large sofa, dining table with chairs, stereo, and a TV. The bedroom offers a Queen sized bed with a bifolds into the main living area so you can enjoy the ocean breezes. There is plenty of space in the bedroom for your clothes. The ensuite bathroom offers a spacious tiled shower.
