spacious beach cottage located on a cul-de-sac. You have a limited
view of the ocean and you can
feel the ocean breezes from the second-floor porch off the great
room. The the newly painted interior includes a spacious, open
floor plan, and
separate
hall doors allow for bed room suite privacy, making the house easily
adapted to suit more than one family.
The well-stocked kitchen includes a microwave, full service for 8+,
a
coffee pot, cookware, a blender, a portable mixer, utensils and even
a seafood pot to cook that fresh catch. The jet-air type stove
makes for
easy meal preparation, something to allow more time on the beach.
Each bedroom has its own full bath and the great room contains 2
lounge chairs, floor pillows and a pull-out double bed. Watch that
old movie in total comfort.
The third bedroom offers a separate entrance from the first floor,
allowing privacy to its inhabitants.The bottom bedroom contains a
queen bed.
Both upstairs bedrooms contain a king.
Walk in the front door and experience all the comforts of home, with
attractive, comfortable furnishings and decorative touches. Watch a
movie or listen to your favorite CD. You need only bring your
linens. Whether you choose to lounge inside or experience as much

Monthly rate available for winter $1250 per month
All rental rates plus tax of 6.5% and lodging tax of 6%
