Casa Jevans is a penthouse unit in Condos Kiss Las Flores Condominiums, Bucerias, Nayarit, Mexico. Condos Kiss Las Flores are located a short 7 minute walk from the golden sand beaches of the bay of Banderas.

Casa Jevans is an elegantly furnished, 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment style suite. This top floor unit provides a breath taking view of the Bay of Banderas and the Sierra Madre mountains. This 6 unit complex features an in ground pool and roof top patio with traditional palapa enclosure.

The casa is extra spacious (1325 sq. ft.), fully air-conditioned  and has a well-appointed kitchen, dining area, and living room. The bathrooms contain large stand up showers, pedestal sinks and ample storage space for your necessities. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom along with air conditioning, fan and patio doors to the terrace. This bedroom also has a security safe.

The second bedroom features two twin size beds, air-conditioning, fan and patio doors to a private terrace.

The living / Dining room is decorated with contemporary imported furniture, remote controlled television, DVD player,  and high ceiling fans. A full wall sliding glass door accesses the terrace.

Please note the condo is not children friendly as the pool is 5 feet deep and there is no lifeguard. Children under the age of 16 are not allowed. The condo is set up for a maximum of 4 people.

Maid service is provided at the end of each week.

Payment policy: 50% deposit required when booking the reservation
and the other half due in cash prior to key turn over in either USD or Pesos.

Damage Deposit of $500.00 or purchase of $49.00 insurance policy through Vacation Rentals is required.

Cancellation policy: Cancellation for a reservation is required 45 days prior to
your arrival.
We charge 15% for the administrative costs of cancelling.
