Vacation Rental Description

New waterfront four season (heated) vacation house on quiet,  
relaxing Gardner Lake. Gardner Lake is a clean, spring-fed mountain  
lake located on the New Hampshire/Vermont border. The house is in a  
great location to enjoy vacations during both warm or chilly days! 
 
The lake offers access to cross country ski trails and ice skating.  
We go up often in the winter and have a nice rink cleared right in  
front of the house for skating and hockey fans. The house is within  
driving distance to Loon and Cannon Mountains for downhill skiing  
and is close to the NH and VT (VAST) snowmobile trails. 
 
For warmer weather - the house is at the water's edge, with a very  
nice wrap-around deck overlooking the lake - great for lakeside  
relaxing and dining. The bedrooms upstairs also have an excellent  
view of the lake. With a canoe and kayak, there are  
plenty of boats for the whole family to get out for a cruise around  
the lake together! The house has two docks and a newly added raft  
also.

Activities and Attractions

Activities (on-site or nearby): Swimming, fishing, boating, and  
iceskating on the lake. Biking on the lake roads and hiking in the  
surrounding woods. There is also a recreational trail for biking,  
hiking, and cross-country skiing (can also X-country ski right from  
the house). Snowmobiling right from the house to trails which link  
up with the NH corridor and VAST (Vermont) trails. 
 
There are 4 rivers within a few minutes of the house (Connecticut,  
Ammonoosuc, Wild Ammonoosuc, & Wells Rivers) - great for canoeing,  
kayaking or floating down in tubes. Downhill skiing (Loon and Cannon  
Mtns). Berry picking, country stores and fairs. Good location for  
scenic drives in the White Mountains and day trips into Vermont. 
 
Attractions close by: Franconia Notch Park, Flume Gorge, Cannon  
Mountain Aerial tramway, Lost River, Clark's Trading Post, Six Gun  
City, Santa's Village, Polar Caves.

- Foliage (Sept.13-Oct.25)....$650/wk  
 
Weekends and Daily Rates 
 
- Weekends: Foliage/Winter to Spring $250/weekend (Friday to Sunday)  
 
- $100/night (weekday, 2 night minimum) 
 
- Rent 3 nights, 4th night free Weekly rentals are Sat. 3PM to Sat.  
11AM.  
 
- Prices do not incl. 8% NH Lodging tax.  $200 Security Deposit  
(Refunded 7 Days After Departure If No Damage)
