Lovely Mediterranean-style oceanfront condominium--just steps to the private gated beach access. You can experience Florida living at its best--with year-round enjoyment of the beach.This fourth-floor spacious corner unit is 1994 square-feet, with a large balcony. Our condo was completed in 2006. 

The kitchen is fully-equipped, with stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops. You can relax in the spacious living room or unwind on the large balcony after a busy day of sightseeing.

The master bedroom has a queen bedroom set, TV, and two walk-in closets. The master bath has an oversized tub, a separate tiled shower, two sinks, and a vanity area. The second bedroom has a queen bed, two walk-in closets, and a connecting bathroom. The third bedroom is set up as a den, with a desk for computer use. Internet included.

The laundry room is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer and a utility sink.

Mystic Vistas is a gated community. The building has keypad access. You will have a choice of 4 pools in the community, which includes Villages of Seaport. Mystic Vistas has a private heated pool with a hot tub. There are tennis and racquetball courts for recreation. Weather is great for water sports as well.

You will be about 50 minutes from Orlando and close to shopping and area attractions, including Disney World, Universal Studios, and other theme-parks. The Kennedy Space Center, with a bus tour, IMAX theater, and space museums, is a short ride away. View space-center launches from the beach. Watch the cruise ships from your balcony as they leave Port Canaveral for the Carribbean. You might want to take a short cruise yourself.  You can go deep-sea fishing on Port Canaveral's charter boats, or fish from the pier at Jetty Park (a short walk away). Or you might prefer to take a day or evening cruise on a free-admission gambling ship. Cocoa Beach is a few minutes away and has many casual and fine-dining restaurants.
