airport, 3 miles north of the magnificent Tulum ruins. Great views
with barrier reef just offshore, and a cenote up the beach for
diving, snorkeling or swimming, jungle style. Sian Ka'an Biosphere
Reserve, great restaurants, major archaeological sites and other
places of interest within driving distance.

Two rental units designed with privacy in mind. Each unit has
bedroom/living area with PM air conditioning for sleeping comfort
with
queen bed, kitchen, bath, Haitian artwork throughout. The first
floor unit also has a futon, palapa roofed porch with table and chairs
and a
private
hammock palapa and stained glass window in living area. The second
floor unit has a
small balcony off the bedroom and a beautiful palapa roofed 14'x29'
