Our condo is fully furnished including all of your kitchen needs.
Televisions in each room with cable T.V., DVD/VCR in the living room.
Stove, microwave, dishwasher, and full-size refrigerator with
ice-maker. Blender, coffee maker, and toaster provided as well as
all eating, drinking, and cooking utensils. Linens, pillows, bath
towels supplied as well! BBQ Grills, sports court and
picnic tables for guest use on premises as well as laundry
facilities.
We are located on the beautiful Comal River where we have river
front access including tube rentals next door. Easy walking distance
to Landa Park, historic downtown New Braunfels, Wurstfest, and the
Comal river.

Our Condo is located minutes from several popular tourist attractions
including Schlitterbahn, Wurstfest, downtown Gruene, and Gruene Hall.
If you enjoy the river we are on the Comal and only minutes away from
the Guadualupe where you can enjoy toobing, rafting and kayaking.
Prime and Tanger Outlet Mall, Texas 4th largest tourist
attraction, is only 15 minutes up the highway in San Marcos. Our
many local golf courses will entertain the golfers in your family.
Natural Bridge caverns is located only 20 minutes away.
Canyon Lake is just a short drive away if you are looking for
fishing and boating opportunities. San Antonio and Austin are just a
short drive on I-35.

Off Season: $160.00 per night, $800 weekly

Winter Monthly Rates:

All nightly/weekly rentals subject to 13% tax.
$250 deposit, $85 cleaning fee per stay.
All reservations must be made by a responsible party, 25 years of age or older, who must occupy the property during the reservation time.
