Lakefront Condo at Big Boulder Ski Resort in Lake Harmony

Our condo located at beautiful, secluded resort. It’s on the lake, by the mountain. This first floor, end unit condominium features picturesque views of the176 acres lake, and is a short walk to the Big Boulder ski slope, private Lake Mountain Club with boating facilities, pools, hot tub and lake activities (swimming, sail boating, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, biking, and hiking). Other features include: accommodations for six (one king, two twins and one queen pull-out), woodburning fireplace, private patio with furniture and BBQ gas grill, open floor plan with spacious bedrooms, updated furniture, refrigerator, dishwasher, TV/VCR. 

We love sitting on the patio enjoying the breathtaking view of the lake
and watching squirrels and deer. In the morning, we walk along the lake and trees listening the bird singing. In the evening, we sit on the bench by the lake shore, watching the sunset. Sometimes, we drive 5 minutes to Galleria at Split Rock bowing, watching movie, or golfing a little bit. It’s always fun to boating and soaking ourselves into the hot tub or pools.

We did major update to our unit to make our guests stay more enjoyable:

--new high powered, high efficiency AC in 2006 to keep our guests warm in cold winter

--new washer and dryer in 2007

--new paint in 2004 and 2008                                         

--new king size mattress in 2007

--new twin size mattresses in 2009

--new queen sofa bed in 2008

--new window treatment in 2008

Please note: we have installed high speed internet with choice of
either wireless or cable connection in lieu of telephone. Bring your
laptop and cell phone with you to enjoy your getaway vacation yet to
stay connected. There are three portable heaters in the closet for added heating in winter. The BBQ gas grill and patio furniture in place (Condo association prohibits to use charcoal, need to purchase gas tank in local store). Pet will be considered case by case basis.

Fireplace with free firewood supply, Air Conditioning, three cable
TVs (in each room), VCR, CD Player, free high speed internet with
choice of either wireless or cable connection, Full Kitchen with
dishes, cookware, cooking utensils provided, Microwave, Dishwasher,
Refrigerator, Washer, Dryer, laundry detergent provided. Pool
(shared),
Hot tub (shared). Enjoy Sailboat, Rowboat, Canoe, Paddleboat, and
Kayak in 175 acres of private lake. On site marina for private boat
slip with nominal fee. On site ski activity in Big Boulder�Shuttle
to Big Boulder ski area, Ski class, skiing, oarding, tubing,
children's snow tiger�s game, Snow Snakes class for age 5-10,
advanced ski class, on-site equipment rental, on-site babysitting.
The unit is centrally located between two pools, with just short
walk to kids play groud, beach, lakefront restaurant and boat ramp.
