Vacation Rental Description

This 4 bedroom 4 bath offers both luxury and value. Private 
accommodations loaded with amenities, a convenient location, two-
level private swimming pool, lush tropical garden area, palapa 
covered patio with hammocks, wireless high speed internet service, maid service and use of the washers and 
dryers on site in the evenings.

LOCATION: 
On 10th Ave. South in the Corpus Cristi residential area of Cozumel, 
between 15th and 17th Street. Less than 500 yards from the 
oceanfront and walking distance to a public beach. You are 2 
streets (a 2 minute walk) from a very large modern grocery store 
with an ATM machine. There is a public beach, resturants, shopping and night
life all within walking distance.  

OUTDOOR AREA:
A tropical paradise with a private two-level swimming pool. Water 
from the small rock fountain gently cascades into the slightly 
raised upper level of the pool where you can relax on a built-in 20
foot long bench. 

Banana trees, coconut palm, a lime tree, bougainvilleas, hibiscus 
and a very large shade tree thrive in a lush tropical setting. The 
large palapa roofed patio has 4 double sized hammocks, ceiling fan, 
plus a table and chairs and outdoor lighting for the evening. 

For sunning, there's plenty of room around the pool, cushioned 
lounge chairs and Adirondack chairs. Enjoy the gas BBQ grill, 
outdoor shower and scuba divers and snorkelers will appreciate the 
dive rinsetank and secure areas for drying scuba or snorkeling gear. 
There is even room for off-street, secure parking inside the gates 
for up to 2 vehicles. 

ACCOMMODATIONS:
For guest privacy this villa was custom-built with two completely 
separate and private 2 bedroom 2 bath areas. None of the bedrooms share a common wall. Groups can enjoy 
being together, but still have their privacy too. Downstairs you're only 
steps away from the swimming pool. Upstairs you'll enjoy a small 
front terrace and a little private screened porch.

Each 2 bedroom 2 bath has a fully equipped kitchen and living/dining 
area. Each has a color TV with cable service, DVD and CD 
player, a collection of DVD movies and music CDs plus a reading 
library. Each has a safe for valuables and there is wireless, high 
speed internet access (bring your laptop)

There are 2 phone lines for local calls, and you can also dial the 
toll free ATT, MCI or Sprint international numbers to make long 
distance calls.  
 
Maid service is daily (except Sundays and major holidays in Mexico) 
plus so many little items are provided for your extra comfort...hair 
dryers, iron an ironing board, use of the washers and dryers in the evening, a cooler to take 
to the beach, pool floats, pool and beach toys

High Season (January-April) $2,150/wk  
Low Season (May-August) - $1,869/wk 
Fall Discounts (September-mid December)- $1,695/wk

Rates are for up to 8 guests. For each additional guest up to 11
maximum add $75/wk.

for Christmas week and New Years week.

*All rates are in U.S. dollars, local fees are 12% and a 
refundable $300 security deposit is required.
