Sylvias Wilton Retreat in Wilton Manors

Wilton Manors is a small city, with approximately 12,000 residents and prides itself on the diverse community that resides here. As this is a premiere destination for many gay/lesbian travellers, you are a short 7 minute stroll to Wilton Drive where you will find restaurants, night clubs, art galleries, and shopping.   This 1 bed 1 bath cottage is nesteled amongst lush tropical foliage with a private outside grilling area.  Your hostess during your visit is Sylvia, our year old lab/terrier mix. Weekly stays:   Check in Saturday after 3 pm....Check out Friday by 11am. $600 per week single occupany, $750 doulbe occupancy.  Holiday weeks slightly  higher. 

Monthly stays:  Based on 28 days...$1800 per month single occupancy, $2250 per month double occupancy

Weekend Getaway: Friday nite/Saturday nite..Check in Friday after 3pm, depart Sunday by noon.  Single occupancy $250, double occupancy $300.  Call owner for availability.

A non refunadable security deposit of $150 is required on all animals. Owner must have proof of current vaccinations.  No pit-bulls/staffordshire terriers as per city ordinance.

Cleaning fee: $50

 A 50% deposit is required to book a reservation.  Remainder do upon arrival. Call owner directly with any further questions, 2pm-8pm.
